Chehalem Property Management

We manage properties located throughout Yamhill, Marion & Washington Counties. Our application process
goes as follows:

The Application screening can take any where from 1 hour 48 hours depending how promptly your current
landlord & employer are able to respond to our requests. We reserve the right to move on to the next applicant
if we wait longer then 24 hours for a response from either one. If you have any questions please give us a call.

* Drive by the property your interested in, to make sure you like the area
* Call or Email to set up a time for showing. All interested parties must be present at time of showing
* If you are unable to make the set appointment time please call at least an hour before your meeting time
* Applications are processed in the order they were received. No application pools!
* You must pay the application fee upon turning it in. We can't process an application without it
* No more then two people per bedroom
* No more then 4 non medical related claims on your credit history. If you have more, it could result in
paying a higher deposit & having a co-signer
* No eviction on file at the court within the last 3 years
* Check Screening Criteria for criminal disqualifications
